Assistant Manager - Facility Management (Civil)

We are looking to hire AM- Facility Management for HouseEazy. The role requires Refurbishment & maintenance of apartments in high rise projects in Noida/ Ghaziabad/Gurgaon.

KRA's :

• Overseeing renovations & refurbishments in the apartments.
• Ensure that the apartments are kept in clean and presentable condition with all utilities functioning properly till customer handover.
• Manage multiple vendors for refurbishment, repairs & housekeeping to deliver services on time and within budget.
• Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards

Requirements:

• Should be a graduate.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management (Civil Work).
• Should be from Real Estate Industry.
• Multitasking ability.
