We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling travel packages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities :
Actively promote and sell travel packages, including tours, flights, accommodation, and other travel-related services.
Build and maintain a strong customer base through effective lead generation, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met.
Create customized travel itineraries based on clients' interests, budget, and travel preferences.
Arrange and coordinate all aspects of clients' travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including client details, bookings, and payments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
Requirements :
Available throughout the day for discussions with the clients.
Should have good communication skills to solve the client's queries.
Should use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Provide fast, friendly service and actively seeking out customers to assess their needs & provide them with better assistance.
Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once.
Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach Industry.
Role : Sales Executive
Salary Per Month : INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 Plus Incentives
(Salary is Negotiable if the candidate has prior experience)
