Job Title: Sales Executive uPVC Windows

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of uPVC windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for uPVC windows and doors.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, real estate developers, and homeowners.
• Conduct site visits and provide customized solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 0-5 years of sales experience in uPVC windows, doors, construction, or building materials.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Must Have:
• A valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
