Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and supervise waterproofing works at project sites.
• Ensure execution as per approved work methodology, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper surface preparation before waterproofing application.
• Monitor and enforce quality control measures to prevent leakages and failures.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, work progress, and material usage.
• Conduct waterproofing tests (e.g., ponding tests, adhesion tests) to ensure effectiveness.
• Handle material planning, procurement, and inventory management for waterproofing works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues related to waterproofing application. Preferred Experience:

• • Prior experience working with contracting firms in waterproofing and construction.
• • Familiarity with different waterproofing systems (e.g., liquid membrane, bituminous, PU coatings, cementitious coatings).
