Graphic Design Lead

Graphic Designer: Solidify brand story, imagery, perception and narration across platforms

As our graphic designer, you will drive the visual representation of our brand across all platforms. You will be responsible for creating a unified, strong brand that will resonate with people and grow our customer base.

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent design skills with experience in a similar role in a related industry (beauty/fashion/lifestyle)
• Mastery over Adobe tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media) and design tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
• Ease in using AI tools to create innovative design
• Basic video editing skills: on InShot or Adobe Premiere Pro

KRAs

• Create innovative and engaging design assets across digital platforms, maintaining consistency in our brand tone and language
• Brainstorm campaign ideas, including visuals and creatives and audio-visual assets, in line with trends: get all assets created and edited on time
• Prepare brand decks, pitch decks, packaging design, and KLD files, as and when required
• Prepare shoot moodboards and lead/assist in shoots: external and internal

Must-haves

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Preferably in an ad/digital agency/cosmetic company/fashion company)
• Design degree from a design/fashion institute like NIFT or similar
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and what creatives work on these platforms
• Strong interest in continuously learning new tools and bettering design skills
• Keen eye for design and detail

Bonus skills

• In-depth video creation and editing skills
• 3D animation and CGI know-how
