HR Business Partner - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and regularly update centralized hiring dashboards and HR analytics reports to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with manpower budgeting and organizational goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including recruitment consultants, social media agencies, and HR forums, to enhance talent pipelines.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards during the hiring process, maintaining a strong employer brand.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Post-graduation in HR specialization preferred).
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable insights and reports.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage diverse hiring requirements effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR analytics tools, and social media platforms for recruitment.
• Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with internal and external partner.
