Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of our product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality digital solutions. You will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company's vision and customer needs.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to release, including gathering requirements, defining product features, and prioritizing the product backlog.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support) to ensure product success.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps.

- Drive product development in alignment with agile methodologies.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure product feasibility, timelines, and quality assurance.

- Analyze and monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Define and prioritize features and functionalities based on user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

- Present product updates and future roadmap plans to senior management and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in blockchain, AI/ML, cloud computing, and mobile app development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in product management in a technology company, preferably in SaaS, web, mobile, or blockchain industries.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Trello, etc.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and make data-driven decisions.
