Tata Elxsi - Technical Product Owner (14-18 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user needs.

- Conduct user research, gather requirements, and prioritize product backlog based on impact and feasibility.

- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and lead effective product backlog refinement sessions.

- Break down complex features into manageable user stories and ensure smooth product development cycles.

- Work with the development team to estimate effort and manage risks associated with features.

- Track product progress, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.

- Advocate for the product and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

- Champion continuous improvement and work with the team to define and implement product KPIs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies within the relevant domain.

- 14-18 years of experience in .NET and C# development, with a strong background in solution architecture.

- Design, Develop and deliver comprehensive architectural solutions using .NET and C# .NET Core, C#, and Angular, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across the full stack.

- Expertise in designing and implementing micro service architectures, including deployment and management in cloud environments

- Work closely with Product Managers to define solution strategy and implementation priorities, ensuring that business requirements addressed by Architectural decision.

- Work with Product Owners and Agile teams to define the scope of releases, manage and prioritise backlogs

- Implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, including app services, Azure Functions.

- Develop and optimise SQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and management within MS SQL Server.

- Deep understanding of SOLID principles and their application in software architecture.

- Work within an Agile framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Design and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automating the build, test, and deployment processes.

- Work Location : Bangalore

- WFO : 3 Days in a week Mandatory
