Architect and Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create innovative, functional designs for commercial kitchens that enhance workflow, comply with safety standards, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and project teams to ensure designs align with technical specifications and client requirements.
• Project Management: Oversee the design phase from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering applications to produce detailed layouts, models, and design presentations.
• Client Interaction: Present design ideas and progress updates to clients and stakeholders, adjusting plans as needed based on feedback.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate sustainable, cutting-edge solutions in kitchen design.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in architectural design, preferably in commercial or industrial projects (experience in the hospitality sector is a plus).
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering tools; strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment and layout optimization.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a strong sense of functional design.
