Clinical Application Specialist

We are looking for a bright and result oriented candidate to Provide Clinical support, demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed in PT rehab products and Improve customer satisfaction through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer

Responsibilities and Duties

• To help users (All Major / Top hospitals of our country) on our highly sophisticated imported equipment for Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, so as to achieve the optimal therapeutic patient outcome.
• To provide technical and clinical support to the Sales Engineers during sales process by demonstrating the product Capabilities , Features & clinical benefits to customers as needed in PT, Rehab and Sports Medicine products.
• Attending/Participating conferences or workshops by performing product demonstration as well as customer training.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate (regular course) in Physiotherapy
• Minimum of 3 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or at least 3 years commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions.
• Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
• Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred
