Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage plantations, ensuring proper care and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and other plants.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality nursery stocks.
  
• Oversee farm management activities, including irrigation systems, fertilization schedules, and pest control measures.
  
• Collaborate with landscapers to design and execute outdoor spaces that meet client requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in horticulture or related field (plantation management).
  
• Diploma/B.Sc degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline (e.g., microbiology).
  
• Strong knowledge of gardening practices, plant pathology, soil science, and entomology.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
