Horticulture Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement horticultural plans for gardens, lawns, and green spaces.
• Oversee maintenance of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers within the property.
• Manage landscaping projects, including seasonal planting and decorative displays.
• Monitor plant health and take preventive measures against pests and diseases.
• Supervise and train a team of gardeners and landscaping staff.
• Ensure irrigation and watering systems are functioning properly.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Work within budget constraints for horticultural activities.
• Coordinate with architects as and when remodelling required.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for plant procurement and maintenance materials.
• Implement sustainable gardening practices and eco-friendly landscaping techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a Horticulture Manager to oversee and maintain the landscaping, gardens, and green spaces across our retail, shopping mall, and hotel properties at Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for plant selection, garden maintenance, irrigation systems, and ensuring the aesthetic appeal of all outdoor and indoor greenery.
