Data Migration Lead / Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Migration Specialist to lead a complex and critical data center migration project. This role demands a deep understanding of diverse infrastructure components like Citrix, monitoring tools, storage, Active Directory, Cyberark Privileged User Access and antivirus solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to ensure a seamless migration with minimal disruption to business operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive migration plans like Citrix, monitoring tools, storage, Active Directory, Cyberark Privileged User Access and antivirus solutions
• Conduct in-depth assessments of existing systems to identify dependencies, compatibility issues, and potential risks.
• Design and implement migration strategies, including data migration, server migration, and application reconfiguration.
• Develop detailed migration scripts and automation tools to streamline the process.
• Collaborate with application owners, network teams, and security teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Test and validate migrated systems to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain detailed migration documentation and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the migration team.
