Role & responsibilities

Discussion with customer for RM projections and despatch schedule

Regular visits and touch with Customers for PO and scheduling

Order processing, Follow-up & coordination with the plant team

Nurturing the BD customer's to grow the business as per their potential (Increase SOB )

Development of other SKUs with customers

Proper handling of quality concerns raised by customers

Identify, build, and manage relationships with key stakeholders to increase business.

Increase / Decrease prices with the customers.

Inventory Control, Clearance of Old stock

Outstanding control / Account reco

Interaction and meetings with developed customers

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with MBA with relevant experience of Key Account Management
