Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Teacher to deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to students preparing for international studies. The role includes conducting live online classes, preparing learning materials, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to enhance language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online English classes focused on IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and academic English.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises tailored to student needs.
• Assess students language skills through assignments, tests, and mock exams.
• Provide personalized feedback and strategies to improve students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Track student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and support students with exam strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest curriculum changes and language learning methodologies.
• Maintain records of student performance and communicate progress to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English, preferably for IELTS, TOEFL, or other proficiency tests.
• Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods for different learners.
• Experience in conducting assessments and providing structured feedback.
• Certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent is a plus.
