Key Responsibilities
1. Manage documentation (internal & external) - incoming and outgoing transmittals and distribute per project requirements, and Updates document status and progress report.
2. Receives training/orientation to provide experience and familiarization with a broad range of processes and procedures.
3. Quick onboarding with the help of training/orientation.
4. Sound understanding of document management tools, processes, procedures with respect to one/all product lines.
5. Confirm compliance and quality of documentation.
6. Meeting TAT in terms of DC deliverables.
7. Liaison with customers and suppliers.YOU MUST HAVE
Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation and user documentation. You will translate business specifications into user documentation. You will assist with the flow of information through documents, ensuring that proper documents are available or sent as appropriate. You will assist the Document Control team and various groups with document control related activities.

- Any degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Some relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of document control systems
