Job Description
- Execute Building Automation projects independently Specifically, the candidate should be proficient in Control System software (DDC) programming and Control System SCADA/Graphics projects. Knowledge/exposure to automation platforms such as Niagara, Alerton or equivalent will be added advantage.
- Understand, Prepare and/ or Execute.
- Sequence of Operation
- Control wiring diagrams
- DDC Applications for HVAC equipment (AHU, VAV, FCU, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water Systems etc.)
- Control System SCADA/Graphics
- Control System Field Commissioning and deployment
- Control System functional performance testing
- Proficiency on Tools: AutoCAD (Basic), Revit (Basic), Microsoft Visio will be added advantage.
- Review inputs, ensure scope clarity, and map customer expectations in actual deliverables.
- Converse and communicate with the customers representatives for project initiations, RFIs project close-out.
- Ensure quality specs compliances of deliverables for projects.
- Act as technical interface to customers to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule and budget to meet the customer requirements.
- Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards.
- Ensure end to end project closeout (commissioning support either physically on-field or over the phone)
- Should have capability to handle and execute multiple projects.
- Build rapport with other cross-function teams ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Will groom other Junior Engineers on Specific tasks.
- Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Work Experience: 4-7 years Experience in one/more of the following industries: HVAC, Process Control, BMS Service, Energy.
