Collaborate with sales Rm s to create individualized action plans for growth and success.

Assist in handling complex negotiations and resolving escalated client issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership, with a successful track record.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.

Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
