Role & responsibilities

• Driving the sale & marketing of companys premium commercial & Residential projects.
• Managing the entire marketing process in all aspects to aid in sales, corporate brand identity
• Monitoring marketing budgets along with implementation schedule
• Planning marketing activities. Print, radio, digital marketing, BTL campaigns, Outdoor hoardings, Exhibition property fair and property expo, Channel partner meet, and branding
• Strategize and maintain liason with agency for effective digital marketing and monitor
• online marketing data analytics for optimum online presence
• Executing tie-ups, Promotional activities and events and taking other marketing initiatives for upcoming mall launches.Vendor Management, Inter facing with creative and production agencies .
