Key Responsibilities :
- Should have sales capability : Responsible for selling International Holiday packages , Should have the experience of handling Sales Leads, should have worked over the phones and target oriented.
- Knowledge of Worldwide destinations.
- Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills,
- Client Management: Plan and assist with clients' travel preferences, creating tailored itineraries based on their budgets. Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation options
- Research: Maintain and update knowledge of the travel industry, including new destinations, travel regulations, and market trends.
- Good sense of responsibility, commitment and dedication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Holiday Expert / Consultant
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and trends.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong Communication Skill
