Manager Marketing Operations

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of activations and branding initiatives across various retail formats.

This role is pivotal in translating strategic marketing plans into on-ground reality, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistency in brand visibility.

He / She will have to manage our entire restaurant ( Restaurants, eatery and huber n holly operations across multiple cities)

Key Responsibilities

1. Activation Management:
1. Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing activations across retail formats
2. Develop timelines and ensure quick turnarounds for campaigns, events, and in-store promotions.
2. Branding Execution:
1. Manage branding rollout across retail touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
2. Work closely with designers, vendors, and fabricators to produce and deploy high-quality branding materials.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure retail spaces are aligned with the brands identity.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
1. Liaise with sales, procurement, and creative teams to streamline execution.
2. Act as the point of contact between marketing teams and external vendors.
4. Vendor and Budget Management:
1. Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for activations and branding requirements.
2. Negotiate contracts, monitor budgets, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
5. Process Optimization:
1. Identify bottlenecks in execution workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
2. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repeatable success.

What We are Looking For
Experience:

• Min 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, trade marketing, or retail marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience managing activations and branding in retail environments / restaurant marketing

Skills:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation.
• Deep understanding of retail formats and consumer touchpoints.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in measuring campaign performance.
• Understanding of marketing / media execution details , different media types available in ATL, BTL etc
