About The Role :.
We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization principles and a proven track record of designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.Key Responsibilities.
Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to understand data requirements. Cleanse, transform, and prepare data for visualization. Create data extracts and optimize data sources for performance. Design and develop visually appealing and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate insights. Utilize Tableau's features to create engaging visualizations (charts, graphs, maps, etc. Customize dashboard layouts, formatting, and interactivity to meet user needs. Create compelling narratives through data visualizations. Highlight key insights and trends. Tailor dashboards to different audiences and their specific needs. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Optimize dashboard loading times and interaction responsiveness. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing dashboards. Troubleshoot issues and implement necessary fixes. Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and best practices. Required Skills And Experience.
5+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence. Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Server. Experience in data preparation and blending techniques. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
