Job Location: Amoeba Sports Bar (Phoenix Market City)

• Working towards setting processes to enhance customer experience
• Handling customer complaints
• Handling entire operational activities of the center
• Working on sales building activity
• Working on optimizing cost and taking various cost saving initiatives.
• Responsible for entire P&L of the store
• Competitors analysis
• Coaching employees to develop their skills
• Store employee recruitment and orientation
• Product ordering like toys
• Must be proficient in excel and other Microsoft office tools
• Essential Qualifications, Job Related Knowledge and Skills:- Minimum Any Graduate - Any Specialization.
