Engineer /Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge and familiar with APQP/PPAP requirements
• Having knowledge in PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan and Work Standard
• SOP preparation for new process and upgradation of existing processes
• Knowledge of SPC and process capability studies
• Upgrade systems and processes with new technology
• Knowledge of MRO, Expense and Capex (Tools, Jigs, fixtures) & Modern machine techniques.
• Excellent skills in reading of engineering drawing & interpretation skill.
• Strong Computer skill, knowledge of CAD/CAM, GERP system.
• Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
• Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
• Educate employees on proper methods in which to operate machinery
• Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems
• Communicate with vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions in shop floor
• Ensuring the product specifications, production processes and quality of the product
