Roles and Responsibilities

1.Control and Monitor Quality. performance for In-Process

2.Prepare Global Quality meeting report, Open issue follow up & Closures and Attend Global Meeting Report

3.Conduct Daily Quality Meeting in the shop floor

4.Analysis of the failure, Improvement actions for the failures and review of the same.

5.Review the Process Audit check sheets every day.

6. Review of Audit open issues and improvement taken. (Process Audit, LPA Audit, Theme Audit, ESD Audit)

7.Provide training to operators regarding Internal and external failures and create awareness

8.Review the Document control status SAP, QIS, and update periodically

9.Conduction MSA Activity for the Equipment and operators on a periodic basis

10.Ensure the NC products are moved to the NC location to avoid Contamination and shipping to the customer

11.Conduct ESD Audit as per plan and follow up for open issue closures

12.Conducting the MAIP Audit based on the requirement.

13.Co-ordinate with the PM team for New Project developments.

14.For critical process defect conducting the CFT and leading the team to close the issue’s

15.Prepare the management review meeting report (Block stock report, BOD, monthly report)
