Documentation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Documentation Engineer to join our growing technical team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of our technical documentation. Roles and Responsibility

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API references.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to understand technical details and ensure that documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.
• Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve documentation-related issues.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices for technical writing, and continuously improve documentation processes and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field .
• Experience with documentation software such as Adobe FrameMaker or MadCap Flare.
• Strong understanding of technical writing and documentation standards .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently .
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies .
• Previous experience in a technical writing or documentation role .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Proficiency in document management systems .
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in using authoring and collaboration tools, such as Markdown, Git, and JIRA .
