Product Designer - Figma/Illustrator (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Understand the business, and engineering implications of the different design options.

- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, business users & testing

- Ensure alignment of the UX to Design System and actively contribute to the Design System

- Analyze and develop high-quality designs for web, software, and mobile applications

- Provide polished, hi-fidelity mocks and final assets that adhere to our brand aesthetics and guidelines.

- Advocate for and practice inclusive design and accessibility

- Build empathy, be an advocate for, and take ownership of our customers' needs through participation in human-centered research and design thinking sessions.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience building production quality user experiences

- Experience working within as well as developing design systems and component libraries

- Deep understanding of custom software and designing across Web, iOS, and Android platforms

- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in an Agile environment

- Ability to work with cross-located global design and technology teams

- Storytelling and presentation skills

- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Illustrator)

- Passion for creating simple and functional UX for enterprise software Team
