Position: Assistant Project Lead - BIM

Location: Ahmedabad

Role Context:

We are seeking an Assistant Project Lead with 6-10 years of experience and a bachelors degree in engineering (B.Tech./BE). The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of domain concepts for MEP, strong project management skills, and expertise in BIM software. Key attributes include the ability to handle all situations, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving. This role involves implementing and maintaining BIM standards, coordinating with stakeholders, training project team members, troubleshooting BIM-related issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize expert knowledge of BIM technology and software.

2. Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows.

3. Coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

4. Training and educating project team members on BIM processes and tools.

5. Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.

6. Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports.

7. Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.

Skills and competencies:

• Clear understanding of domain concepts for MEP, multiple project management, and team management.
• Deep knowledge of BIM software, advanced family creation, BOQ, and BIM standards implementation.
• Proactive approach, asking the right questions, and effective problem-solving.
• Client communication via email and calls, preparing project reports, trackers, and day-to-day documentation.
• Keeping updated with new technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience & Qualification:

• 6-10 years in a similar role (BIM Modeling MEP)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.Tech./BE)
