Business Development Manager

Job description:-

• Engage with leads through calls and convert prospects into virtual meetings or school visits
• Travel to schools to conduct demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers
• Achieve sales targets through direct conversions or by supporting Business Development Managers in the allocated cities
• Maintain an accurate record and report of all existing and potential clients in CRM
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure renewal

Requirements:-

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills
• Proven experience of 1+ year in similar industry
• Winning mentality with key skills such as Patience, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
