The role

2 to 4 years of experience in ExoCAD Webclient and Easy DHR applications

Provide first-line and second-line support for ExoCAD Webclient and Easy DHR applications.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to these tools.
Monitor application performance and address bottlenecks or recurring issues.
Perform regular updates, patches, and configuration changes to keep the applications secure and efficient.
Collaborate with development teams to implement customizations or integrations as needed.
