Job Description
- 5+ years of experience as a senior SDET with strong communication skills
- He or she should have strong hands-on Python programming language
- A solid understanding of manual and automated testing concepts, creating test plans and test cases, comprehension of functional testing
- He or she must be knowledgeable about Python automation, including the Pytest framework and Selenium-Python
- we need strong technical Expansion Driver Leads who possess the following qualities:
- Strong technical expertise in automation, coding, and scripting
- Excellent understanding of requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Can do attitude
- Can manage the things at his/her end
- Technically sound
Requirements:
- Test Automation of Windows desktop-based applications, web applications, and web services
- Creation and maintenance of test plans and other test artifacts
- Setting up and enhancing test automation frameworks
- Experience in deploying/managing the QE/DB ecosystem
- Understanding the product components and the integrations to perform e2e testing
- Manage the Test automation execution across different environments
- Influencing the development team and the product roadmap on day to day basis
- Experience of leading the team and helping them with the roadblocks
- Creating various artifacts pertaining to the job at hand , attend review sessions with stakeholders
- Experience in Agile methodologies SCRUM, KANBAN
- Hands on experience is a must
- Tech stack Python programming, Pytest framework, Pywinauto, Selenium-Python concepts should be strong
