Job Description
- Lead cross-functional project teams (Power Electronics, Mechanics, Control and Automation, Engineering) in close collaboration with the responsible line/program management.
- Drive development of multiple product roadmap items with RD technical team and all cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop accurate, comprehensive, and regular reporting about RD projects and stakeholder management.
- Drive the implementation of the backlog in a transparent and efficient way and ensure quality and timeliness of releases.
- Responsible of scope definition, budget estimation and planning of the different RD projects.
- Setup and manage partnerships with external development partners and production suppliers.
- Collect and clarify requirements and drive prioritization with multiple stakeholders.
- Responsible of risk and opportunity management and change control within the projects.
- Support the roll-out of releases to supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing, and ensure smooth handover to the operational organization.
- Support the RD organization in continuously improving the processes and ways of working towards increasingly lean and agile methods.

Your Background:
- University degree in a technical field (Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar) with >5 years of experience.
- 3 years of technical project management experience including full lifecycle developments; all aspects from initial research development, specifications development, concept development, design, testing validation, qualification, and industrialization.
- Experience in product development project management in a multisite and global team environment.
- Good knowledge of Scrum framework or similar Agile-Lean stage gate frameworks.
- Experience in EV charging is a plus.
- Experience of product development projects in the Automotive industry using or knowledge of APQP (incl. D/PFMEA) is a plus.
- Strong team and leadership skills.
- Pro-active, creative problem-solving person with resistance to stressful situations.
- Work very well independently and have a strong self-motivation.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in both spoken written English language is required.
