Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with full dedication and commitment towards meeting the organizational goals - 2027 Mid Term Management Plan and India Business Strategy.
Support entire Hitachi group and business division in India for successful implementation of their brand activities as and when request is received.
Support the entire Corporate Communications Group activities and functions.
At least two-four proactive initiaitives that could be implemented. This would be one of the performance review areas.
Handle projects independently from commencement to finalization including preparation of documentation, completion of processes as per laid down guidelines etc.
Other Knowledge & Skills:
'Should be able to carry forward the credibility of CCG forward by taking proactive initiatives and helping the organization meet its future objectives. The candidate must be dynamic, outgoing and be able to strenthen Hitachi India's image as a credible brand in India.
Must have a deep rooted experience in handling media queries, drafting impactful yet effective content, organizing press conferences, an outstanding relationship wihin the media fraternity to turn around news sotries in Hitachi's favor.
Should have the skills in the areas of risk mitigation. Additionally, the candidate must also possess knowledge in conducting Media round table, media training, interviews etc. along with leading crisis management at independent level, this includes keeping a close watch on developments taking place in the B2B space especially including Railways, Digital, Urban Mobility (Lifts and Escalators), Financial Ecosystem.
Should have a flair for writing articles, responding to media queries within the organization's scope. Should be able to spearhead projects independently through minimum support from superiors. We are looking at hiring a candidate who can give us a long term committment.
Minimum qualification & experience:
Should have at least 9-10 years of experience primarily in Public Relations (Media Relations), Internal branding and Advertising is a must. Candidates with additional experience in CSR and digital will be preferred .
These qualiifications are a must to consider the candidate for interview. Candidates who have worked or are working in a PR and Advertising agency or in esteemed organizations within the same scope will be preferred.
Candidates not having experience in PR, advertising and communication should not even be considered for interview or first round of screening.
