Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Design Managers to define develop roadmaps tailored to client-specific software projects.

- Ensure project progress, dependencies, and success criteria are visible and accurately reflected in Azure DevOps (preferred) /JIRA/Confluence and manage project communication across stakeholders.

- Track project milestones and control slippages

- Track resource utilization and monitor key performance metric

- Track User stories, ensure acceptance criteria is well defined in each story and track test scenarios and cases

- Utilize Azure DevOps /JIRA/Confluence for executive and stakeholder reporting, providing visibility into project milestones and key deliverables.

- Resolve blockers and manage dependencies, ensuring that custom software projects remain on track and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

- Drive successful project outcomes by identifying gaps and ensuring all required tasks are managed across multiple teams.

- Lead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, aligning the teams on client goals and project timelines.

- Facilitate project meetings with clear agendas, managing documentation, and driving communication between departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Monitor and track project tasks, change requests, and risk management, ensuring all processes adhere to established standards.

- Oversee project closure activities including lessons learned, transitioning of unresolved issues, and organizing project documentation.

- Ensure all Agile practices and project documentation are maintained in Jira and Confluence.

- Provide support in managing out-of-scope tasks as needed and take on additional duties when required.

- Keep financial forecasts updated on a weekly basis.

- Manage P&L effectively to comply with revenue and margin targets.

- Process billing accurately monthly - or as applicable for the engagement.

- Manage team leaves/vacations requests helping the team to assess the delivery & financial implications and plan accordingly to avoid/mitigate impacts.

- Manage customer satisfaction through the regular submission of surveys and follow through corrective/improvement actions with the team as needed.

- Manage extra compensation / bonuses for the team (members) as needed.

- Keep close record of contracts to make sure they are valid and fully executed at any point in time within the engagement timeframe.

- Prepare for and attend to project audits, holding discussions and getting to agreements with a constructive and value-driven mindset.

Skills :

- Experience in custom software services, SaaS, cloud-based technology, and delivering tailored software solutions.

- Expertise in Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Azure DevOps, with a strong understanding of project management best practices.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and levels.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and ensuring successful delivery for clients.

- Experience in product management, software development, release coordination, and QA processes.

- PMP and/or Agile Scrum certification is mandatory
