Job Purpose:

• Developed and drive the INRB Production Engineering business plan related to Design.

• Manage the Improvement activities.

• Focus area Jig Design, Improvement Activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily Management and result orientation:

• Make & achieve the various KPI of PE & report to HOD in daily Morning Meeting.

• Co-Ordination with all sections for implementation of Improvement Activities.

• Check the Line Balancing activities.

• Man, Movement study to standardize the load balance.

• Knowledge of Auto CAD 2D and 3D.

• Knowledge of Jig Design and assembly.

• Knowledge of GD&T .

• Knowledge of Part drawing reading and understanding.

• Basis Knowledge of Part costing.

2. Team Building:

• Training new employees in the PE Team regarding process flow.
• Ability to implement the department control as per rule & training to junior.

Experience : 3 years or more

Skills :

• Work as Designer Engineer in Auto Ancillary Industries
• Good Knowledge of Auto Cad & Solid Work
• Make the Jig and Fixture design inhouse

Qualification: Bachelor s in mechanical engineering
