Job Title : Manual Tester (Fresher)

Location : Delhi/NCR

Job Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities :

- Execute test cases and report defects in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.

- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and test cases.

- Participate in software design and requirements reviews to ensure alignment with testing objectives.

- Conduct regression testing to verify that previously developed and tested software still performs after a change.

- Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools.

- Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to improve software quality.

- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential issues.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

- Provide clear and detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Computer Science or related preferred).

- Basic understanding of software testing principles (training will be provided).

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
