Principal Engineer - .Net Development (15-20 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex .NET applications.

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay abreast of the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable .NET applications.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA) to deliver successful projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

- Ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

- Identify areas for improvement in existing applications and propose solutions.

- Drive innovation and best practices within the engineering team.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 15-20 years of professional experience in .NET development.

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

- Experience with Microservices architecture.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and API development.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable :

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Contributions to open-source projects or community involvement.
