product manager (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.

- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research to understand customer needs and pain points.

- Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

- Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in brokerage.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling successful products.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience working with data and analytics tools to track product performance. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
