Director of Engineer - Incident Management (9-12 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and build enterprise systems, asset management platforms, and consumer products to support millions of users.

- Architect scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions with a focus on performance and uptime.

- Lead the integration of AI/ML-powered features, including predictive analytics, real-time image processing, and intelligent search.

- Ensure 24/7 availability with best practices in incident management, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.

- Mentor, grow, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements :

- 9-12 years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in leadership roles preferably from Tier 1 college.

- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native designs.

- Experience delivering platforms with millions of users and high uptime.

- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus.

- A proven track record of hiring and mentoring engineering teams to achieve technical excellence.
