Vice President - Engineering Management (12-16 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the Product Engineering team to develop high quality, scalable and extensible products to manage large datasets through the SDLC as per the product roadmap

- Evangelizes and organizes the Product Engineering, DevOps culture as well as Tech Integration with operations seamlessly through structure, collaboration, enablement, and automation working cross-functionally with leaders across the business

- Design the technology architecture of the product keeping in mind the current and future use- cases of the product with optimal product performance & stability

- Advocate new age methodologies, tools and design paradigms to drive our product development strategy by enforcing advanced process governance, security principles, and engineering practices

- Interact with product managers, and developers to envision, model and provide recommendations to models and designs that can be built or changes to modules in existence

- Understand the customer needs and thereby develop product features, its user-interface that are user friendly and can be maintained and upgraded easily.

- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize tech implementation by suggesting optimal solution

- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure product requirements are delivered thoughtfully & completely.

Education & Working Experience :

- BE/B.Tech, MCA/Msc.

- 12+ years of full Secure Software Development Life Cycle experience using Microsoft .Net technologies with at least 3 to 4 years of product architecture, design & delivery.
