Job Title: Team Lead - Client Financial Partner (Digital)

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 7-13 years of relevant experience in Financial Sales, with a focus on PMS and Mutual Funds (mandatory).

Education : MBA/CA/CFA/CFP preferred

Certifications : NISM Mutual Funds and PMS Distributors certificates (required before joining).

Key Requirements:

- Strong financial sales background, especially in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Mutual Fund sales.

- Leadership skills with prior experience managing teams.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive performance.

Local candidates preferred.

Role Summary : As a Team Lead in the inbound business team, you'll manage a group of Investment Specialists working with high-net-worth clients (- 50 lakhs and above). You'll be responsible for driving team performance, acquiring and retaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee a team of 10-15 investment salespeople.

- Ensure sales targets are met.

- Train the team on products and market updates.

- Handle operational tasks to improve conversion rates.

- Maintain product knowledge and compliance with regulations.

- Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
