Job Description: Managing Partner / Zonal Head of Private Wealth Management
Company Overview:
Position Summary:
The Managing Partner/Zonal/Regional of Private Wealth Management will be instrumental in launching and growing our new wealth management division. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in wealth management, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in team management and business development. A key responsibility will be assisting existing HNI relationships in diversifying their portfolios across different asset classes. Additionally, the Head of Wealth Management will be responsible for establishing the wealth management business, including hiring and training a team of wealth managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Establishment:
- Lead the establishment of the wealth management division from the ground up.
- Develop and implement strategies to launch and grow the wealth management business.
- Hire and train a team of wealth managers to deliver high-quality financial advisory services.
2. Team Management:
- Build and lead a team of Team Leads and Relationship Managers (RMs).
- Develop and manage the relationship database, driving the generation of fresh leads through referrals to expand the client base.
- Conduct regular feedback and review sessions with the team to enhance business volume and new client acquisition.
3. Coaching and Mentoring:
- Coach and mentor the sales team, guiding them to achieve sales targets and professional growth.
- Collaborate with RMs to close sales calls when needed, ensuring high conversion rates.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key and potential investors to secure repeat business.
- Leverage existing HNI connections to establish a strong foundation for the wealth management division.
- Assist existing HNI clients in diversifying their portfolios across different asset classes, providing personalized investment advice.
5. Business Development:
- Conceptualize and execute events, conferences, and product sessions for investors to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
- Implement strategies to upgrade client net worth and achieve sales and revenue targets across the product mix.
6. Communication and Information Flow:
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor the team's external communication to maintain consistency and professionalism.
