UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented UI Designer to create amazing user

experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess

superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and

artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Responsibilities:

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively

communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods

• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design

roadblocks

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs

and emerging technologies

• Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented as intended

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, and

Quartz.

• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development processRole & responsibilities
