Project Manager O & M

Role & responsibilities

HiQ Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager O&M / Business Operations Manager O&M to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations and maintenance projects within the power plant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the contractual takeover process from the Business Development team.
• Plan and deploy resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Oversee project mobilization, ensuring all KPIs are met consistently.
• Monitor and control project performance, focusing on key performance indices.
• Manage project P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software applications.
