BI Developer with Looker Experience

Job description

HiPaaS seeks an experienced BI Developer with Looker expertise to develop and maintain impactful dashboards and reports. This role requires strong LookML skills, SQL proficiency, and a solid understanding of data visualization best practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Looker solutions, ensuring data accuracy and performance. Financial services experience a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization.
• 2+ years of experience using Looker, with a strong understanding of LookML and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in SQL, including experience with complex queries and data modeling.
• Experience integrating Looker with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of BI best practices, data governance, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
