Hi There,

We are hiring for R&D 4 wheeler Proprietary Products for below positions:

1. CAD Engineer - ( 3 to 5 Years )- Aurangabad

• Preparation of 3D and 2D drawings in CREO, for products as per customer and manufacturing requirements.
• Customer interface for product design, development & testing of product.
• Execution of product development with all internal departments, plants and vendors.
• Monitoring of proto samples preparation and delivery of samples as per schedule.
• Expert in 3D modelling and Surfacing with CREO software.

2. Design Application Manager (10 to 12 Years) Aurangabad

• Good Engineering knowledge.
• Expertise in Shock Absorber & Suspension design and as product.
• Understanding of 4W automotive suspension
• Understanding of Drawings & GD&T.
• New Product Development methodology knowledge.(APQP)
• Suspension Testing knowledge.
• Fair knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in FMEA.
• Fluent in CAE tools like CREO & Ansys

3. Virtual Simulation (FEA) Manager (10 to 12 Years) – Aurangabad

• Good Engineering knowledge.
• Expertise in FE-Static linear analysis
• Expertise in FE-Static nonlinear analysis
• Expertise in Fatigue analysis
• Good knowledge of material characterization
• Convert customer data into technical inputs for analysis.
• Fair knowledge of APQP & manufacturing processes.
• Hands on experience with CAE tools like Ansys, Hypermesh, Abacus, Fluent etc.
• Technical report writing

4.. Vehicle Ride & Handling Evaluation Manager (10 to 12 Years) – Aurangabad

• Customer interface for Vehicle Ride & handling evaluation, damper tuning activity.
• Tune the vehicle for desirable Ride & Handling character as per OEM expectations.
• Adhere to mutually agreed timelines for vehicle tuning at customer designated test tracks.
• Tune the damper hydraulic valve structure to meet vehicle R&H character.
• Monitoring of all vehicle tuning projects agreed with all customers & internal departments.
• Planning for Tuned damper proto sample preparation and delivery of samples as per schedule to customer.
• Coordination of product validation with testing group & design team.
• Problem solving and timely countermeasures for highlighted issues.
