Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the company's annual sales objectives. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region. Generate sales of company products through a team of Salesmen.°A graduate/postgraduate degree holder sales professional of around 30-35 years of age, with a proven track record of 8 – 10 years in the FMCG. The candidate should have team management experience.°
