Accounts - Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Manage customer invoices, collections, and reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, GST, corporate tax, and Income taxes.
• Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Process payroll calculations, benefits, and deductions.
• Maintain employee expense reports and ensure reimbursements comply with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with M.Com or CA (Inter), with minimum 5 years of experience in managing Accounts for a large organization. Candidate should be dynamic and proficient with tools like Tally, Accounting ERP. excel, etc.
