Legal Executive

Qualifications:

• LLB/LLM from a recognized institution (50% aggregate).
• Certifications in arbitration or legal compliance are a plus.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and legal compliance.
• Preferable experience in financial institutions, especially non-banking financial sectors.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation including drafting agreements, legal notices, petitions, and handling cases under NI Act, SARFAESI Act, IBC, and Arbitration.
• Initiate and follow up on arbitration cases, manage Section 17 orders, and maintain related MIS.
• Maintain arbitration and litigation MIS.
• Track cases filed by HLF and manage approval tracker.
• Update online legal platforms and manage No Dues Certificates (NDC).
• Develop and update legal policies in line with organizational goals and regulations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Handle legal matters related to vendors and employees, including fraud and contract disputes.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of arbitration, litigation, property law, and financial legal frameworks.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and managing multiple cases.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
