Mandarin Payment Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational/payment functions of the branch.
• Resolve customer payment issue.
• Communicate with our branch payment partnership.
• Review daily report.
• Maintain high and increased customer satisfaction.
• Achieve quarterly goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandarin IS A MUST (Reading, Speaking, Writing, Listening).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in Finance/accounting or related field is preferred.
• Proficient user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willing to work under shifts schedule including weekends and public holidays.
